Acquisition of Maxol Direct

On 30th September 2011 DCC Energy Ltd (which trades under the oil brand Emo in Northern Ireland) reached an agreement with Maxol to purchase Maxol Direct.
The completion of the re-brand from Maxol Direct to Emo will take place by 31st March 2012 with exception of the tanker fleet. During this merger we can assure you that you will experience minimum disruption to the services that we take pride in delivering to our customers, although one change you may see with immediate effect is that your oil may be delivered by a Maxol Direct tanker.
The new Emo will provide our customers with an even more experienced customer-focused team, the largest delivery fleet in Northern Ireland and an extensive local depot network from which to serve our domestic and commercial customers.
